Lately I have been on a blazer kick...trying to find the right one with the proper fit. Currently the style of blazers I like are made by Ralph Lauren. I know it's hot as devil's piss right now but I want to get my jacket game up before the little cool weather kicks in. Also I'm a thick girl so the more I can eliminate showing my arms the better!! So here is my BLAZIN' Blazer wish list.....
And I am always open for suggestions so if you know of any other places that have hot blazers let me know :)

All my life I have had this part of me that always wanted freedom. So in my search to find it I decided to do a fashion blog...which is really common these days. This is where I find my peace....I've been told before the things that you can spend all day doing are the things you love the most. I can literally sit at the computer for 12 + hours going from blog to blog b/c this is what I love to do...this is apart of my freedom.

Ok with that being said, I have made myself a slave. I have been trying since last year to post pictures of my daily wear, but it's been hard because in the last 4 years I have put on a lot of weight. I look at different blogs all day long and MOST of the blogs are of people who are of a "slender" breed. So in my qwest to find freedom i've decided I'm going to start taking pictures and posting them.

What is crazy is I started to compose this post about 4 days ago but I wasn't finished with it...then today on my daily reading flight I went to Ev'Yan's blog at APRICOT TEA and she had a statement in bold print saying "Stop feeling inferior to girls that are prettier." So this really motivated me to finsish this post.

Hopefully during this journey, I can find more peace within myself and learn to love my FLAWS and ALL!! So stay tuned for pictures to come....TOODLES!!

If you come to my blog and tend to see a different template, please ignore it lol!! I'm a very indecisive libra and I won't stop until my template is exactly the way I want it ;) So in the mean time in between time just enjoy the different colors and templates. Ok I have been searching for a cocktail dress for my ten year reunion. I am a girly girl but I also have a punk edge to me. I absolutely love this DKNY ikat print strapless dress. Hopefully I can find it before August because every where I check they are sold out.

It's summer time and I really need to start my maxi dress collection. I am looking for nice maxi dresses that I can pair up with a nice jean jacket for my day time look. And also something that doesn't draw attention to my plump arms for the evening. My ultimate favorite maxi dress is the one pictured above that Carrie Underwood is rockin. OMG if I could only get this dress for my 10 year reunion.....i would be so excited!! My second favorite dress is from the Akua Angel collection, it is so beautiful and the color is superb =). I want to find something similar to this dress b/c I can not afford to spend $150 for a maxi dress. But if the sky happens to fall open and drop some money my way i will definately get it!!! Honey and I went to see Angels & Demons yesterday....and I have to tell you this is my favorite movie right now. He was not at all excited about the movie but before it ended he was all into it. So if you have time I recommend that you check it out.
